Garage Door Track Repair in Beaufort, SC
Garage door track repair keeps every roller on the rail. We straighten, re-anchor or replace the track so the door runs true again. Open 24/7.
Starting at $150 per door. Any extra part is priced before we pick up a tool.
The vertical and horizontal tracks hold the door in line while it travels. They are only as good as their fasteners: a track that has worked loose from the wall will wobble, scrape the rollers and, in time, let the door slip out of the rail altogether.
A car bumper, a stray bike or a gust that catches a half-open door can kink a rail, and a kink anywhere along it makes a roller bind. Moisture in the lag screws and brackets adds corrosion over the years. We check every track joint, not only the spot that looks bent.
When the Tracks Are at Fault
- A roller pops out of the track, or the door scrapes the rail as it passes.
- A visible crease, kink or flat spot in the metal.
- A gap between the door edge and the track that changes as the door moves.
- Loose or missing bolts, or brackets pulling away from the framing.
- The door sits crooked in its opening, with one top corner outside the rail.
Off-track means stop
A door that is partly out of its track can fall. Do not run the opener, do not pull on the door and do not stand beneath it. Clear the doorway and call. We support the door, free it and then set it back in a straight, plumb rail.

Putting a Door Back on Track
Make it safe
We block and support the door and disconnect the opener so nothing can move while we work.
Read the damage
We sight down both rails, check plumb and spacing, and test every bracket for play.
Straighten or replace
A shallow bend can be worked out; a crease or kink means a new section or a full rail.
Re-anchor and run
Brackets are re-fastened into solid framing, rollers are checked, and the door cycles until it runs quietly.
